Quotation
A quotation not accepted within 30 days is no longer valid. Services and items will need to be re-quoted on to be accurate.
Payment
All prices given on www.curbsideprints.co.za are in Rands (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
We will not begin any work on your print order until we have received full payment.
Once payment has been made, any changes to the agreed upon artwork will be charged for accordingly.
Changes to prices and services
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.
Alterations/Corrections
Curbside prints does not alter or correct any images outside of what is necessary for printing. any additional corrections and alterations to an image such as colour corrections and photo retouching must be explicitly requested by the customer before payment is made.
Order Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Any jobs that have been approved and/or or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the printing process, and no refund will be given.
We shall NOT be LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Punctuation or any other artwork related issues.
Artwork Resolution
Curbside Print House is NOT RESPONSIBLE for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixelated due to low resolution artwork provided by the customer.
Artwork
You may NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. We will not accept any work that may infringe on any privacy, copyright or intellectual property rights.
You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
Print colour accuracy
Because of differences in equipment, lighting and other contributing factors sometimes your print may appear different then expected. this is often due to differences in monitor calibration and colour profiles. At Curbside we do our best to ensure the prints are as accurate as possible to the information and image you provide to us, staying as true to the original colour as possible. By using our service you accept the possibility of minor variations in print colour and final look.
Time Frame
Turnaround time on printing begins once we have received full payment, as well as your print ready images. Please note that if we deem your image to be too low quality or inadequate for printing purposes, we will request higher quality source files, and this will delay the printing process.
Turnaround time begins when we have both payment and print ready image approved.
Refunds & Returns
At curbside we take the utmost care to ensure your item is kept safe during production, although rare, sometimes an issue may arise and in such cases we offer a reprint or refund policy.
To initiate a refund or reprint, please email us at sales@curbsideprints.co.za, we require your order number / proof of purchase as well as any additional information and photographs pertaining to the item in question.
Please note we do not take any responsibility for damages incurred during the shipping process by third party couriers. we take great care to make sure this does not happen by protecting each print very carefully before shipping.
Any refund request must be reported within seven days of receiving your item to qualify for a reprint or refund.
Shipping Policy
We charge a standard, non-refundable shipping fee of R90,00 locally and a fee of R130,00 for regional shipping across South Africa.
International shipping rates will be calculated on a case by case basis.
We will not refund any shipping charges once the item has been shipped.
Curbside Print House does not does accept ANY responsibility for any damages or delays incurred once the item has been shipped.
Cancellations
Upon cancellation a fee of 25% of the total order value will be forfeited if the cancellation is prior to production of print.
If cancellation is during and/or after production, the full value of order will be forfeited.
